Introduction
Welcome to Xu Feng Manufacturing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our precision manufacturing services, including CNC machining, plastic injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and metal stamping services.
By engaging our services, submitting quotation requests, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any business relationship.

Services Description
Xu Feng provides B2B precision manufacturing services including:
CNC Machining
3-5 axis precision milling and turning with ±0.005mm tolerance
Injection Molding
Custom mold design and plastic component production
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, bending, welding, and finishing services
Metal Stamping
Progressive and transfer die stamping for high-volume parts
All services are provided from our three specialized factories in China, with global shipping capabilities to Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Americas, and other international markets.

Order Process & Payment Terms
Quotation Process
- Quotations are provided within 24 hours of receiving complete specifications
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback included at no additional cost
Payment Terms
- New customers: 100% payment before production
- Established customers: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment
- Tooling costs: 100% payment required before tool manufacturing
- Accepted payment methods: T/T, PayPal, Trade Assurance

Quality Standards
- • ISO 9001 certified manufacturing processes
- • First article inspection (FAI) for all new parts
- • CMM inspection reports provided
- • Material certificates available upon request
- • 100% final inspection before shipment
Delivery Terms
- • Standard lead time: 5-7 days (CNC parts)
- • Injection molding: 15-25 days (including tooling)
- • Rush orders available with premium pricing
- • Worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS
- • Shipping costs quoted separately

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Customer IP Protection
- • All customer designs remain customer property
- • Strict NDA adherence for all projects
- • Secure file handling and storage systems
- • No reverse engineering or reproduction
Tooling Ownership
- • Customer owns all paid tooling and fixtures
- • Tools marked with customer identification
- • Tool maintenance included for 2 years
- • Tool return available upon request

Warranty & Liability
Quality Warranty
We warrant that all manufactured parts will conform to the agreed specifications and drawings for a period of 12 months from delivery date.
- • Free replacement for manufacturing defects
- • Quality issues must be reported within 30 days
- • Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, or design issues
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of defective parts. We are not liable for consequential damages, production delays, or losses arising from the use of our products. Customer is responsible for design validation and fitness for intended use.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from our business relationship shall be resolved through:
- 1 Initial good-faith negotiation between parties
- 2 Mediation through recognized commercial mediation center
- 3 Binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules
